Military Action Figures
On the 17 of June, 1942, G.I. Joe was debuted as a Yankee cartoon soldier made by David Breger in the military's YANK magazine. GI Joe, became a American household name with the release of a flick the story of G.I. Joe in 1945. Toy industry was the driving force behind the commercial exploitation of GI Joe trade name. The story of GI Joe has been influenced by every war that the united states has been involved. Although in 1970 the Vietnam Conflict, toy company Hasbro had rebranded GI Joe as adventure figures to diminish the original war theme of G.I. Joe. The name of GI Joe often appeared in TV and paperspapers when writers followed war heroes who were awestruck with GI Joe action figures or GI Joe collectibles before they served in the army.
A new range of GI Joe toy has been launched each year since the halfway point of 1970's - solider GI Joe, journey GI Joe, Kong Fu GI Joe and Star War GI Joe. The design of new GI Joe action figures are influenced by both cultural events in the states and major army. These actions figures became fave gifts for boys.
