the figure looks great, great detail, love the size of it,very durable but the dam thing can’t stand on its own for to long, i’ve positioned it over 15 ways so far (positioning the tail and stance) and the longest its ever stood up was for about 2 hours, i don’t know why after awhile it just falls but it does,, its a shame but other than that its great

This predalien is the best AVP:R figure NECA has made. The detail is excellent as is with the predators. But a few things should change like how the figure is tilted to the right, how small the feet are, the knees and elbows aren’t articulated, and the tail slips out of the socket if you move it to much. The tail is bendable, the arms and legs are on a ball joint, and the head is moveable a little bit. One thing I like about NECA’s predator and predalien figures all have stringy loose dreads, which is really cool. This figure is just amazing, and i’m on the predator side but this is just cool, you should get it.

awsome detail but i have the same problem as every one else- i have a damb hard time to get it to stay standing i just used a book for it to lean on this would be the greatest if it was like the warrior alien but its good figure for fans

I don’t write many reviews, but you need to be warned about this piece of trash. It’s almost impossible to keep this thing standing up because the legs are angled in such a way as to prevent the holes in the feet from lining up with the pegs on the base(which is way too narrow). The positions of the legs are adjustable at the hips and mid-thighs. . . yes, mid-thigh. All that work painting attention to detail gets skewed like a rubik’s cube at the slightest adjustment of the leg. Lame. I was given this as a gift and I’m about to throw it away simply because it fails to do the simplest job it was created to do, and that’s stay standing up and be able to withstand a breath of air without falling over.
Another thing is the head refuses to stay on. The ball joint is too small for the socket. Don’t buy this.

This will be the 5th figure that I’ve ordered from Neca (3 GOW figures and 2 AVPR figures) I was very impressed with the Kratos figures and ordered the Predator (open mouth) and the Alien Predator Hybrid as well. I must say that I’m just as pleased with the AVPR figures as I am with my GOW figures. They are extremely well detailed and are well articulated. I have my figures setup on display in my home theater room. You can look all you want but don’t touch! :) .
